A prestigious retail and apartment building in Sea Point, this mixed-use building consists of ground-floor retail, 35 apartments and penthouses with private roof terraces offering spectacular views.

Netcare Christian Barnard Memorial was as part of a larger precinct, integrated into the surrounding urban landscape. A 350-bed hospital with associated consulting rooms, offices, wards and theatres, its light-filled public spaces feature artwork inspired by the work of Chris Barnard.

The Cape Town International Convention Centre spans 15,000m² of office, retail and exhibition space and 500 parking bays over 18 floors. The 3,000 square metres of exterior glass maintains the building’s green status and facilitates views of Table Bay.

The project explores spatial flexibility through uninterrupted interior/exterior flow, multiple levels and mobile screens, taking advantage of expansive views and the adjacent garden. Moments are created to experience the art throughout the home.

A light-filled beachfront transformation whose interiors merge comfort with luxury. The clever design allows for flexible use of the space facilitated by a 3-metre sliding door and stacking windows, which further enhance the view.

The initial design completed in 2007, this renovation further elevated the space. Apparel and eatery areas offer a sophisticated experience, while the contrast of steel and timber tables, soft upholstered seating and polished epoxy flooring create a comfortable environment.

Tasked with reimagining Lavo’s retail presence, the conventional showroom model - transactional, overwhelming, bright lighting and impersonal - was replaced with a crafted immersive, sensory journey that transforms bathroom selection into an aspirational experience.

Contemporary menswear brand at the V&A Waterfront. Our design won ‘best deigned store of the year 2024’ in the V&A Waterfront.

Located on the site of the former Ambassador hotel, Aurum is an oceanfront luxury apartment complex made up of two individual buildings. The existing hotel was converted into 15 luxury apartments ranging from 125sqm to 800sqm in size

This Fabiani retail store in Cape Town features a refined, contemporary interior that elevates the brand’s luxury menswear experience. Warm materials, bold metallic accents, and a clear storefront create a sophisticated yet inviting presence within the shopping environment.

This UK-based project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing office building, transforming it into residential apartments while introducing a new façade. The architectural approach carefully balances contemporary expression with sensitivity to the scale, rhythm, and materiality of the surrounding buildings. The result is a considered intervention that renews the building’s identity while strengthening its relationship to the existing urban fabric.
