A seven-storey quayside residential building comprising three blocks within the V&A. Marina’s 80 apartments share communal and private pools, penthouses and landscaped gardens linked to an underground parking garage.

Inspired by the quiet emotional depth of the Karoo, this retreat gives architectural form to stillness, occupying the in-between space of earth and sky as a place of pause and reflection. Embedded gently into the landscape, the design uses restrained, weathering materials, low hovering roof planes, and carefully framed views to dissolve boundaries between inside and outside while heightening awareness of light, shadow, and time. Shaped by passive and site-responsive principles, the retreat humbles itself to context, inviting quiet immersion and reconnection with the elemental rhythms of land, sky, and breath.

Designed for Amazon’s competition in Cape Town, this project envisions a mixed-use workplace as a bold urban landmark. A dynamic façade, biophilic elements, and an activated ground plane that strengthens the connection between Amazon, the city, and the public realm.

We expanded Gail’s Artisan Bakery through a series of bespoke, site-specific interiors that preserve handcrafted authenticity while allowing the brand to grow without a one-size-fits-all approach. Using honest, tactile materials, open kitchens and locally rooted artworks, each bakery reveals the craft of baking and reflects the character of its neighbourhood. The result is a cohesive yet deeply local network of bakeries that invite community, foster belonging and prove that thoughtful design can scale a brand without dilution.

Atzaró Cape Town is a Luxury Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, nestled at the foot of Table Mountain. This exclusive retreat offers six elegant suites, a wellness area, gym, sauna and pool, in one of the city’s most iconic locations boasting vast mountain and city views.

Built over 14-split levels, Amalfi completes the Mouille Point Lighthouse Precinct. The building comprises 25 double-volume apartments, a structured swimming pool deck and ground floor with restaurants opening up to the promenade, plaza and urban park.
